Gift Certificate Policy: 
  

For all gift certificates purchased after 6/20/2007:  You have one year from the date of purchase to use the gift certificate for services stated.  After one year from the purchase date, Sublime Day Spa reserves the right to convert service-based gift certificates to the value equivalent to what was paid at the time of purchase, minus any promotional retail products received.  We reserve the right to substitute similar services for services no longer available at the time the gift certificate is redeemed, at our option and sole discretion.  Gift certificates are non refundable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

For all gift certificates purchased before 6/20/07:  You have one year from the date of purchase to use the gift certificate for the services or amount stated.  There will be a  service fee of 50% of the value to use the  gift certificate for six months after it expires. Sublime Day Spa reserves the right to substitute similar services for services no longer available at the time the gift certificate is redeemed, at our option and sole discretion.  After eighteen months from the purchase date, it becomes null and void.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:  Although we realize last minute issues may arise, we reserve your appointment especially for you.  Other customers may be turned away in order to honor your appointment.  Therefore, any same day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 50% charge on your credit card or 50% forfeiture of the gift certificate.  Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

The steam room is optional, complimentary and cannot be substituted for something else. Pregnant women or people suffering from high blood pressure, heart problems or diabetes cannot go into the steam room. Pregnancy prohibits certain treatments from being performed, so please advise us at the time of booking if you are pregnant. 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICIES APPLY.
